We collect account details provided by your program administrator (name, email, role), your responses to the discovery assessment, and communications you exchange with your mentor through the platform.
How we use your information
Information is used to operate the mentorship program, match you with a mentor, generate your discovery profile, and communicate program-related updates.
Sharing
Your assessment results and profile are visible only to you, your assigned mentor, and Sales Tribe administrators. We do not sell your personal information.
Security
Data is stored securely with encryption in transit and at rest. Access is restricted by role-based permissions.
Your rights
You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing mentorship@salestribe.org.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active members.
